About

Hello, I'm Jephthae Vaughn Patron, a versatile filmmaker with a passion for storytelling. As a cinematographer, director, and producer, I have had the privilege of working on various projects, including short films, documentaries, commercials, and commercial content. Through my work, I strive to capture moments that evoke emotion and leave a lasting impact on the audience.

In addition to my filmmaking journey, I am also an entrepreneur and proud co-owner of Ox and Bow barbershop, a thriving establishment located in London, Ontario. This venture allows me to explore my creative side in a different industry while connecting with the community.

With a deep appreciation for the art of filmmaking and a drive to continuously learn and grow, I am committed to bringing unique and compelling stories to life. I believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy working with talented professionals to create memorable visual experiences.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I look forward to connecting with fellow creatives and bringing impactful stories to the world.

P.S. A cinematographer that loves takings photos.

It’s 5 am on a warm Tuesday morning most of the world is asleep, except for this one black lady who is currently distressed cause a big headed baby is trying to force himself into the beautiful thing called life. At 7.15 the baby is finally here, and the lady is at peace, little did she know, he would be the start of hardship, cause this lil boy was a handful but one of the cutest babies the world has ever seen. The whole last paragraph was a lie. I don’t know when I was born, shit it probably was at 3 am on a Sunday morning, maybe even exactly 9 mths after I was conceived... who knows? Anyway back to the story. Ps I’m keeping the 3rd person theme, because it’s funny.
Born in the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, the culture of soca music, limbo, calypso, the steel pan plays through his system like the HDMI chord that connects the Xbox to the television... the exposure to joys and hardships, fights and makeups, life and death, and family roast sessions plus having a big head and a cracked tooth with a gap didn’t make it easier, but created a thick skin with an amazing Sense of humour and view on how the world works.
